STITCHES IN TIME QUILTING TECHNIQUES

There are a lot of ways a quilt can be done. I use
an APQS longarm quilting machine. It makes the quilting
go much faster and allows me to create a larger variety of
designs. It also allows for the top and back to be
stretched on separate rollers of the quilt frame with
the batting sandwiched between. No basting is required.
I hand guide the machine to stitch the three layers together.

I use the following methods in my quilt making:
  • *Pantograph- edge to edge pattern quilting
  • *Freehand- all over designs that includes stipple, loops,
    stars, hearts, leaves, whatever!
  • *Custom Heirloom- machine quilted the way you
    would do it by hand
