The event was very exciting. It was my first Volkswagen car show. I want to include a few more VW pictures. This page really doesn't do the event justice. The show had almost every kind of VW. Many were Beetles but there were many Bajas, Buggies, Buses, Sand Rails, Things, and water cooled VWs.

The Wheelstanders were very impressive, even though they were not Volkswagen powered. Those trucks actually kept the wheelies all the way throught the quarter mile.
This was the best convertible of the show. I'm not sure what the judges said, but this one was my favorite.
I really liked this Baja because of the neat rack idea. I'm going to have to copy this setup for my baja. It is way too nice to not copy. Baja's and bikes are a hard combo to beat.
There is my baja with a few other nice beetles. This is the parking lot, not the show. The beetles in the foreground could have been in the show. They were all very clean.
