Ferrari F40

The Ferrari F40 was a special car made to celebrate Ferrari's 40th year in business. It wasn't designed as a 'driver's car', it has no tape or CD player, no heater, no floor mats, no drinks holders, it was designed specifically as a racing car for the road. The F40 was kept as simple as possible to keep the weight down and the speed and acceleration up. Because of this it was the fastest car that Ferrari had ever made with a top speed of 201MPH. Although I think it could have been a lot faster if Ferrari didn't stick a puny 2.9 litre engine in it, a Toyota Supra has a bigger engine than that!
