The TVR Cerbera is one of
the finest sports car built in Britain. It is also one of the only sports
cars in Britain! The Cerbera costs around £45,000 new. This is
excellent value for money when you consider what it's rivals cost. The
rivals to the Cerbera are cars like the Lamborghini Diablo and the Ferrari
355. These cars may seem in a different class to the Cerbera but they
aren't. They all have roughly the same top speed, they all have similar
acceleration, similar power and they are all hand built by craftsmen. The
Lamborghini Diablo costs around £200,000 new and the Ferrari 355 costs about
£150,000 new.
The Cerbera is hand built in the TVR garage in Blackpool, this is why it is sometimes referred to as the
'Beast of Blackpool'.
