SPRING is finally here! The beginning of the Roadkill Season! When it's stops raining, all those shadetree mechanics dust off their oily rags and dive under their hoods in frantic attempts to keep their Pontiac Sunbirds afloat for one more week of commutes from Auburn to Bothell. In their haste, they frequently leave reminders of their efforts on the rocker covers, on the air cleaners, next to the batteries, where the gentle tsunamis of idling convince those left-overs to rattle softly down the tarmac, kicking up a few sparks, and waiting eagerly for the sharp eyes of the scavenger.
I got two already this year. E-mail me with your scores!
