The house was built by the Beattie Homes Ltd. and we moved in on 29 May 1997.
It is a two-story house with 3 bedrooms and an attached, double garage. With an area of about 1860 sq. ft., that's more than enough(*) for
just two of us! (* "more than enough" here means the amount of housework not the living space!! :'p )
Outside we have a cedar deck where we can sit on our swing and enjoy the BBQ.
In May 2002, Elaine and I had cleaned up our old dying trees and shrubs and planted some new Mugho Pines -- finished with a Japanese style lantern -- and now we have a mini Japanese garden! Click here to see the picture.
At the back (click here to see a picture), we have a deck surrounded by gravels (no/low-maintenance!). Oh, and I have a string of patio lights at the back around the deck and some in the front... (I did the installation, so it's one of my biggest contributions to our yard works. :) )
