Buick's new Cielo concept car is an elegant, stylish and innovative four-door convertible designed for open-air enjoyment without sacrificing safety and security. Cielo (pronounced see-A-lo) is a mid-size family concept car introduced at the 1999 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The name stands for "sky" in Italian and Spanish.
