I can't remember the last time I've kept the same CD in my truck and continuosly listened to it without getting tired of it. I love all the songs, but the tear-jerker "How many Times" is my favorite. Which unfortunately is a song he never sings at his shows. "Sliver of the Moon" is another song that can touch the heart. If anybody asked me to pick out one CD that was truly timeless and worth every penny it cost, it would be this one.

Bought the CD having hearing him perform at a free stage concert. Hadn't really heard much until then. The CD is wonderful (even my two boys love it). I really think all the songs on the CD are exception material. Most CDs have fill in songs, but all of the songs on this CD could be cut as a single. My favorite song is "A Girl Like That" the beat & rythm of the song is contagious. It makes you come back for more. "Sliver of the Moon" is also a nice, love song that even the husband can enjoy.

Shane's CD is the best. Most CD's that come out only have one or two good songs. His is all good.My favorite song on it is "I Think Your Beautiful" because it makes me feel like he cares more about what is inside a person than what they look like on the outside. Shane is the greatest guy I have ever met. He is so down to earth.

I went out & bought this CD the day after seeing Shane in concert for the first time, & it's awesome. There's a great mix of ballads & upbeat stuff. In my opinion, the highlights of the album are: I Think You're Beautiful, A Girl Like That, Ordinary Love, & Slave to the Habit. However, there isn't one bad song on the album.

The album grabs you right away with the very catchy "Slave to the Habit" and just hangs on to you right on thru that song, and his current single "Ordinary Love". The beautifully written "I Think You're Beautiful" keeps you listening and one of my favorites is the oh-so-danceable "I Will Be True To You". It just keeps you hooked all the way thru one of my other favorites "Sliver of the Moon". He can belt out the ballads and exercise his lungs on the faster tracks, too. He kind of lost me on "Change Your Mind". It's a great song, but it's about a minute too long. All in all, it's an awesome album and one of the best I have heard from all the new country talent on the Nashville scene today.

I love Shane Minor's songs. I especially like "I Think You're Beautiful" is great. But, of course, "Ordinary Love" is my fave! " A Girl Like that is really catchy, I like how it starts.

Shane Minor is a great cd from start to finish. It starts out with a bang with Slave to the Habit to get you rockin'. Then onto the upbeat Ordinary Love. I love the lyrics in this tune. My personal favorite is up next, I Think You're Beautiful. The way he sings this song, it's like he's singing to everyone of us women individually. My favorite line is "Just looking at you takes my breath away". What woman doesn't want to hear that? I think this is a great choice for his next single. Up next is I Will Be True. It's got a real Caribbean flair to it and makes you feel good. Shane has great song-writing potential if A Girl Like That and Change Your Mind are any indication of his talent. Easy To Believe is a good tune. I love Tell Me Now, the chorus is very catchy and it makes you want to shout along with it. He really shows his emotions in How Many Times, he makes you feel the conflict he's in. Too Much is a good tune as well as Sliver of the Moon! . That's a very romantic song. All in all, Shane demonstrates tremendous range and feeling on this cd. He will go far.
