WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE REJECT GOD AS PRESENTED BY MAINSTREAM CHRISTIANITY TODAY? ON THE ONE HAND "CHRISTIANITY" SAYS THAT GOD IS MERCIFUL. ON THE OTHER HAND "CHRISTIANITY" SAYS THAT IF A PERSON DOES NOT ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST IN THEIR LIFETIME (NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES), GOD WILL SEND THEM TO AN EVER BURNING HELL WHERE THEY WILL BE TORTURED FOREVER AND EVER. IF YOU HAVE EVER LOST SLEEP WONDERING IF A LOVED ONE OF YOURS IS NOW SUFFERING THIS FATE, I HAVE GREAT NEWS FOR YOU. THEY ARE NOT. IF YOU HAVE REJECTED GOD, BECAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE YOURSELF EVER LOVING A GOD WHO WOULD TORTURE PEOPLE FOR ETERNITY, YOU HAVE NOT REJECTED THE GOD OF THE BIBLE, YOU HAVE ONLY REJECTED A GOD MADE IN THE IMAGE OF THE MINDS OF MEN WHO CLING TO THIS TRADITION THAT IS NOT FOUND IN THE SCRIPTURES. DOES GOD, WHO TELLS US IN HIS WORD TO LOVE OUR ENEMIES, TORTURE HIS ENEMIES FOREVER? NO. AS PSALM 100 BELOW TELLS US, HIS MERCY IS EVERLASTING. I PRAY THAT YOU WILL ENJOY THIS GROWING LIST OF UPLIFTING ARTICLES AND THAT THEY MAY GIVE YOU NEW HOPE AND MAYBE EVEN CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
