Greetings all!

It's time to overhaul the website. I don't know if I really will or not, I mean, I keep promising such things and the site rarely is changed. Oh well, here's the reality...I'm too lazy to learn the latest and greatest in web design and have never been a fan of high-intensity graphics and multimedia. So, we'll see what I end up changing and what I don't. For starters, I've got my very own LiveJournal blog going! Sure, it's terribly vain and self-important to have such a thing, but heck, why not? It's fun and I like the idea of journaling my thoughts. Blogs are the diaries of the new millenium and all that. I don't know how many people blog at my age, so maybe I'll be a lone force in the mass of bloggings. I've also got a doll collection. You know, cute little dollz type dolls. It's amazing what one can accomplish with the internet and a simple graphics program...so, here are my Dollies! I'm watching TV again, not much but some. Check out my current addictions: Alias, American Idol (Simon Cowell rocks, ya'll, and if Kelly Clarkson doesn't become a superstar, then we have failed), Trading Spaces and the entire BBC America home and living lineup. Alan Titchmarsh also rocks.

Here's my ever-present plug about Cheap Trick. Yes, Cheap Trick, the band. Guess who was included on the nominee ballot this year? It doesn't mean they'll be voted in, of course, but any respect is well appreciated by this fan girl. My Cheap Trick fan site, Cheap Trick Heaven is still online, so go see why I care so darned much. The original FAQ for alt.music.cheap-trick is safe and sound there as well.

As an overall disclaimer, most of this site is coded in a manner that is primarily IE compatible. Don't ask me why I took html and web design classes at a college level to use all these IE happy html tags. Oh well, don't hold it against me. If you're so interested, this site will look much better to you with a High Color (32 bit) monitor display.
