Club America is a national Cure fan club, based out of Houston, Texas. The national leader is Heather (cure1h@aol.com). She writes the weekly national newsletters, and maintains the website (http://members.aol.com/cure1h/club.html) which is updated weekly. Currently, Club America has over 400 members, and growing!! The Missouri Chapter of Club America was originally started and based in Springfield by Daniele, but now the workload is divided between her and Keiko, from St. Louis. Missouri also has a weekly newsletter, written by Daniele and a Regional website maintained by member, Jack, at http://geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Backstage/9933. So far, the Missouri Chapter has 20some members, since its birth in early October. These members hail from all over the US, not just MO. Why did they choose Missouri instead of their own state or becoming a regional leader themselves? Personal preference, I suppose. You could always email them and ask. Club America has no membership fees or anything like that, it's a free fan club to promote comraderie and the like between fellow Cure fans. The only thing asked of you is that you have interaction with the other members of the club.
