Responsible for maintaining a number of telecommunications systems including IDNX, Timeplex, Telenex Matrix, and Ground Wave Networks.  Performed network technician duties such as programming trunk groups, extensions, and assigning numbers to over thirty Lucent digital telephone switching systems.  Aided in training new personnel on station equipment and troubleshooting techniques.    Additional information here.
